Free Typing Tests

Check out this little app I made for my other typing site. Answer a few quick questions about your computer use habits and it will estimate how many days/years of your life you have spent typing. It can be kind of alarming, so proceed with caution!

After doing a little calculation the other day to estimate how much time I have spent typing, I decided that other people might be interested to figure this out as well. So I have whipped up a handy little application that will ask you a few questions about your typing habits and then try to estimate how much time you have spent typing at your job or throughout your whole life. I was surprised to see that throughout my life, I have already spent over 2 years typing! Take the quick quiz and find out where your time lies, and when you are done, share it with your friends.

For me, I apparently spent something in the neighborhood of 2 years of my life typing. Crazy. I guess I should get up from the computer right now and take a walk…
