Free Typing Tests

This is one of the more enjoyable typing games around, and serves an example of how games can make keyboarding practice enjoyable. The object is to fend off the invading hordes of creatures by typing the words associated with each attacker, destroying them if you do so. As you pass through the levels, the words get longer and the invaders swifter.
There are other objects that can appear on your screen for you to collect with your typing skills. You can heal your energy with ‘heal’ potion or or eliminate all the creatures on the screen with ‘nova’ potion. There are also a set of keys you need to collect by typing their names when they appear.
If the attackers get to you, they will … well attack, and you will start losing energy. At later stages of the game, they will actually start attacking you from further away but you can still get rid of them by typing the right word.
